So today’s structured exercise was none existent, so I’m going to count 20 minutes wandering around the car park in the rain at dinner time.
I was also wondering if I could count walking down and up two flights of stairs at the new multi-storey car park in Bicester where we went for tea; unfortunately I can’t get away with saying there was any more walking as we went to Dean’s Diner which is right next door to the car park entrance! But I did have a lovely chicken burger with sweet potato fries and the most amazing milkshake with Baileys in it.
Oh and I lost 2lbs at weight watchers this week 🙂
