#Janathon 2014: Day 6

Tonight I did a quick set of exercises aimed at toning my problem areas…

20 each of the following:

  • ab crunches
  • twisting crunch (left & right)
  • hip raises
  • laid-on-my-side top leg lifts (left & right)
  • laid-on-my-side bottom leg lifts (left & right)
  • push ups (on my knees)
  • squats
  • big backwards arm circles
  • (apparently they aren’t all the real names :-O)

    Day 6: 150 jumping jacks, walked 6500 steps during the day including half an hour walk at dinner time & 1 set of my workout.
