Successful Week 1

Well after the first week I have lost 2lbs 

Very happy with that when I think back to last week – I ate out 4 times and I didn’t do as much exercise as I planned (but did lots of weight lifting & running up and down stairs whilst moving!!).

Hopefully this means I will be able to keep to my weekly target of a 2lb loss, no matter what is thrown at me (like a kfc for example ;-))! 
